Where does Nova Triad Homes build new home communities?

We build new patio and twin homes in the Piedmont Triad region. We have active communities in King, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Asheboro, Gibsonville, and Mebane.

Does Nova Triad Homes have plans to expand into other areas?

We are constantly evaluating opportunities for additional communities. We will be launching The Landing at Sycamore Creek in late 2021 in High Point. Additionally, we are assessing potential neighborhoods in Alamance, Guilford, Randolph, and Rockingham counties.

Are Nova Triad Homes neighborhoods restricted to homeowners who are at least 55 years old?

No. However, our unique patio homes with 2-3 bedrooms and small yards maintained by the HOA, appeal to baby boomers moving from larger homes. These homes are not deed restricted and anyone can purchase one regardless of their age.

What types of options and upgrades are available with Nova Triad Homes?

Our professional sales team will review options available with each floorplan. We have numerous structural options including second floor bonus suites, screened porches, and owner suite sitting areas. Additionally, we have multiple flooring, lighting, and countertop upgrades available.

Will Nova Triad Homes build on my lot?

Nova Triad Homes builds several homes per year for homeowners on their lots. We only build EPCON patio homes on these lots which are typically situated within a 5-10 minute drive of one of our existing neighborhoods. For more information, please contact us.

No, you do not need a real estate agent to purchase a new home from Nova Triad Homes. Our New Home Sales Consultants can answer all your questions and work with you every step of the way. Of course, you are welcome to work with an independent real estate professional, if you so choose. We are here to help you through the entire home buying experience.

What is a "homesite premium"?

We offer premium choices for those who want a larger homesite or one that is located in a more desirable area of the community. For example, water views, larger homesites, etc. Your New Homes Sales Consultant will provide you with information on community specific homesites.

How do I get information about the HOA and fees for a community I am interested in?

Our knowledgeable New Homes Sales Consultants will help you with HOA covenants and fees as they vary by community.
