Construction Begins
Plans are drawn, permits are applied for, our team reviews the plans, and you will have a pre-construction meeting with the NTH construction team. Finally, construction begins and you'll receive weekly updates with pictures!
Electrical, Plumbing, & Drywall
Now you will meet with your Construction Manager for an electrical walk. This is when you can see the quality, rough framing, mechanical systems, and plumbing. You can customize the electrical selections. Drywall starts the finishing of your home. Construction will be completed in about 70 days.
New Home Orientation
A Notification of Closing will be sent 45 days prior from our Closing Manager. 5 days prior to your New Home Orientation, we will perform a Quality Inspection & Assurance that tests all parts and systems of your new home.
Closing Day!
It's finally Closing Day! We'll hand you the keys to your new home. Garage door openers and an information packet will be left on the kitchen island to greet you when you walk through the door of your beautiful new home! Congratulations!
Customer Care
After the closing, you will receive an email from our Customer Care with lots of great information to help you transition into your new home.
60 Day & 11 Month Warranty
60 Days after closing, you're invited to submit your 60-day list through your personalized portal provided by our Customer Care manager. 11 months after being in your home, you'll be invited to submit your 11-month list through your personalized portal that is provided by our Customer Care manager. Please be sure to have any warrantable items noted in writing.
